Today we are going to take a look at personalizing your confirmation emails and making sure all your notifications get sent to the correct place.

When a lead comes to the site and fills out one of the forms, all our forms are set to send out a pre-written email to that lead.

We highly recommend you go through all your forms today and update them to be personalized for you.

Testing Your Forms

It’s important for you to understand what your site visitors will experience when they fill out a form on your site.

I would suggest using a non business email address and go through your site and fill out all the forms as thoroughly as possible and take a look at the confirmation pages, the confirmation emails, etc…

Take notes on things you’d like to update and what the experience was like as a user.

Also, if you connected a CRM or Email service, make sure all your forms that you want connected are connected!

After you’ve tested all your forms, you might spend some time looking at how those appear in your lead manager.
