User Roles Explained

  • Administrator – somebody who has access to all the administration features within a single site. They receive a login and can have trainings added that you have purchased. They can also access other resources, such as content packs and coaching calls.
  • Editor – somebody who can publish and manage pages & posts including those created by other users.
  • Author – somebody who can publish and manage their own posts.

NOTE: When you add a User to your account to help manage your site, they don’t have access to your subscription and billing details.
