Integrating Your Other Business Software with Carrot

More than likely Carrot isn’t the only software you’re using…

Many of our members also take advantage of CRMs, email-list software, and other online tools…

and at Carrot, we want you to be able to easily integrate all of the tools you use.

In this section, we’ll look at the various software you may have and how to connect your Carrot site to your other software.

There’s no video here since everyone has different systems that they use and need to tie together.

If you have a CRM or email marketing system you’ll want to get that integrated with the forms on your site.

When someone fills out the form, you’ll want the lead to be entered into your follow up and email systems.

1. Connect your email or CRM software.

Next, you’ll want to add any of your social media accounts to the site.

Lastly, your Carrot dashboard will already report a lot of key metrics, such as visitors, pages visited, and leads generated, but if you have a google analytics account and want to really dig into your metrics, here’s the tutorial for connecting your google analytics.

3. Attach your google analytics account.


You’ve completed the first phase to get your site launched and personalized. Now, it’s time to start driving traffic to your site. This can differ based on your available resources. We recommend going back to the Guide to check out the next phase that makes sense for you and your business.
