Agent Carrot Location Page Strategy

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create optimized location pages for your agent site. These location pages are based on a template that we’ve found to be effective at boosting your credibility and SEO. There are several reasons why you’ll want to add location pages to your site.

  • They boost your site’s ranking in Google by keeping content fresh and relevant.
  • They increase your credibility.
  • They show you are knowledgeable about the areas you serve.

Let’s dive in!

What You’ll Need:

  • IDX Capabilities on your Carrot site.
    • If you don’t have IDX already, you can either reach out to us at support, or sign up for IDX here!
  • An image for your Location Page’s featured image
    • Preferred resolution for this image is 1920×800
  • A Form to put on your location page*

*You can use any form on your location page, and you can even use the same form on all of your location pages, but the best case scenario is that you’ve created a separate form for each location page and you’re filtering your leads into separate email follow up campaigns based on which form they filled out

The Tutorial:

Step 1: Select Locations

Step 2: Add A New Location Page

Step 3: Do Some Keyword Research To Figure Out What To Title Your New Location Page
