View a summary of your Opportunities in the Opportunities Dashboard based on where they are in your Pipeline. You can add, delete, export or click to edit your Opportunities all from this one location.

This video was recorded for InvestorFuse but the instructions also apply for Carrot CRM. An introduction to the Opportunities section, this video is meant to inform you of what you can do in this section and how to navigate it:
View the Opportunities Dashboard
- Click Opportunities. This will load all of the Opportunities within the Carrot CRM.
- Here you will see the InvestorFuse pipeline
- Search for Opportunities by address, phone number, email, or name
List Columns and Definitions
Below is an explanation of the information found in your Opportunities dashboard:
-Address -Seller name & Campaign -Opportunity owner -Phone number & Email | |
-Next action assigned -Action assignee -Due date of the action | |
-Last Touch is the last time you reached out to the seller/Opportunity -Touches is the number of times you have reached out / touched the seller/Opportunity -When the Opportunity was created | |
-Pipeline -Status of the Opportunity -Color of the status box indicates the seller’s motivation. Hot = Red, Yellow = Warm, Blue = Cold, White = Unknown |
Search and Filter the List
You can search for a specific opportunity or filter to find what you need.
- Click the Filter button (the 3 lines to the right of the search bar) to bring out the filter menu.
- Select your desired filter values on any of the available fields
The available filters are:
- Campaign
- Status
- Motivation
- Label
- Contacted
- Owner
- Date Created
- Sort
Add a New Opportunity
You can easily add a new Opportunity directly from the Opportunities Dashboard. This is the most basic method of adding new opportunities apart from integrations and importing.
- Click Opportunities. This will load all of the Opportunities within the selected Team marketspace.
- Click ➕ the add icon in the upper right menu.
- Enter the Property Address
- Add a Seller to the Opportunity. Select between Create New Seller or Choose Existing Seller.
- If you select Create New Seller, enter the seller info. A Phone number or email is required.
- If you select Choose Existing Seller, search for the seller you want to associate with the Opportunity.
- Attach a Campaign for the Opportunity
- Select the Owner of the Opportunity
- Assign First Action by first selecting what the Next Action is going to be and depending on what you select you’ll fill in the remaining information as it appears in the Create New Opportunity screen.
- Once you fill in all of the required information the Assign Action button will appear, click to save your information.
ℹ️ A built-in duplicate prevention system is in place to keep you from adding the same Property twice.
Pin Opportunities
Pin important Opportunities to separate them from the rest and make them easy to find and accessible to your team. This will also tie into a functionality in the mobile app that will be coming soon.
- In the Opportunity list view, click ⋮ the three-dot icon next to the opportunity you want to pin
- Select Pin from the drop-down
- Pinned Opportunities will appear in the Pinned tab
- You can Pin a maximum of 10 opportunities. If you hit the limit, you will not be able to pin any more opportunities. Unpin some of them to free up space.
