Accessing My Profile Global Actions

  1. Click your Profile Icon
  2. Select My Global Actions
  3. Select the types of Actions you wish to view by clicking the checkbox in each category.
  4. To view or edit a specific Action click on the checkbox next to the Action.
  5. You can assign the Action to someone else by clicking the three dots to the right of the Action and then click Edit Action.
  6. The search functions work by searching through the seller’s name, address, phone, email, etc. You can also use the Advanced Search to search only a specific criteria.
  1. For a granular filter click on the Filter link in the upper right and select the categories you want to drill into. You can sort it by the due date or just show today’s actions.

Q: How can I see only those opportunities that have not been contacted yet?

A: You can filter your actions to only show opportunities that have not been contacted by selecting the filter option, and select the Uncontacted option. This would only show those opportunities that have not been reached successfully previously.

Q: I clicked on a pipeline and want to reset and see all my global actions, how can I do that?

A: If you have clicked on a pipeline or filtered by action type and want to reset, there is a Reset Filter button at the top that only appears when you have selected a pipeline.

Q: How can I sort to prioritize the oldest overdue actions?

A: To sort your actions, just click on the filter option, and select the drop down for Sort Actions. You should be able to sort by due date (oldest overdue, or furthest overdue), Due Today, or by Lead Score.
