Introduction
The introduction should begin by letting the reader know they are about to learn, state the end goal of the tutorial, as well as detail briefly the site or area of the Dashboard they will be working out of and if they’ll need anything handy (passwords, private information, a phone number). Introductions should not include elaborate explanations of concepts. Elaborate explanations should be saved for Educational Information areas (described below) or the Main Steps of the tutorial.
Action(s): An assignment or to-do that needs to be completed at a specific time. Each Opportunity will always have a corresponding Action that is required to be completed, it is specific and time-bound.
Agent: The lowest level of access with limited capabilities in the Team
Automated Seller Response / Campaign Autoresponders: A message that is automatically sent to an Opportunity once it is added to your Team, it can be a text or email message.
Calendar: A place where you can view appointments set in a given month.
Campaign(s): The Campaigns are connected to your lead sources. This is the tagging and classification system used by InvestorFuse to provide a simple way to track your marketing campaigns.
Contacts: A prospect, or a person you need to be in touch with, with no property attached to it. It can be a buyer, seller, contractor, etc.
External Sending: An automation that can be triggered manually or automatically that can send a text/email to the seller, trigger a webhook, or send someone a notification via email.
Follow up: There is some type of next action scheduled where you need to follow up with this lead.
Global Actions: A consolidated view of your due, current, and future Actions from multiple Market Spaces in one section.
Global activity: A consolidated view of past and completed activities from multiple Market Spaces in one section.
Global Opportunities: A consolidated view of opportunities from multiple Market Spaces in one section.
Groups: Custom views or buckets to organize your Opportunities.
Guest Access: A read-only access that can be given to people outside of InvestorFuse / Carrot CRM provided that you share an Opportunity with them via email. They will be able to log in to the CRM and see the details of the lead, read the notes, or check the activity but they will not be able to touch or update the Opportunity in any way.
Inbound Call Popups – A pop-up that appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen anytime an inbound call is received from an integrated phone system i.e smrtPhone, Dialpad, etc.
IF – InvestorFuse
Integration(s): The process of connecting your lead sources to your Market Space, this work is typically done internally for you by the InvestorFuse Support Team.
KPIs: Key Performance Indicators is the measurement of performance over time.
Labels: A custom way of tagging Opportunities
Lead Source(s): The software/systems you use to acquire leads, Callrail, Oncarrot, Lead Sherpa, etc.
Manager: The highest level of access with unrestricted capabilities in the Team
My Profile: A section in your Market Space where you can view your current or future Actions, Global Actions, Global Opportunities, and Global Activity if you have multiple Market Spaces
Opportunities: Your Leads, either entered manually or from your integrated lead sources.
Phone System: A platform where you can purchase tracking numbers or phone numbers and use them to call/text sellers. These integrations will usually log call recordings/text messages within the Opportunity.
Pipeline: The path an opportunity takes once it lands on your Market Space. A streamlined classification of an Opportunity status to quickly see how many are new, on a Follow up Sequence, waiting for an offer, etc.
Property Data: A property report that can be viewed within the Opportunity providing all kinds of information available online based on the property address.
Pursue: You are now in the process of taking steps towards monetizing these leads. This will typically include scheduling appointments and making offers.
Qualification: Determining whether or not the Opportunity is qualified or unqualified for your team to pursue.
Restricted Users: An access that can be assigned to agents where they can only access the Opportunities that they own.
Resurfacing: Automatically bring a dead Opportunity back to life or resurface them to your follow-ups so you can continue to reach out if needed.
Round Robin: Assigning the new Opportunities to a group of users in an alternate manner. Typically used if you have 2 or more Lead Managers or Acqisitions in your team.
Saved Views: Saving different filters together to create a custom view in Opportunities or Actions section.
Sequence (aka Sequences or Drip Campaigns): An automated way of reaching out to your prospects/sellers with an organic reach and feel. These can be sent via differing platforms at intervals you can specify and they can be long term or short term.
Task(s): Something that can be done in between or during an Action without interfering with it and can be assigned by another team member. These are additional and optional Tasks that can be added and conducted simultaneously while working on the current Actions.
Team: Your company, team, name or account within IF. Most users have one Team but you can have multiple if you are cater to different markets or would like to set up a different team for a separate entity for an additional charge.
Team Dashboard: A quick summary of your Team/Company performance.
Transaction: The A-B contract between you and the seller had been signed and agreed upon. Now you are in the transaction phase of this contract or property, or the B-C sale.
Weighted Round Robin: Controlling how many Opportunities are assigned to a user in a Round Robin cycle. You can prioritize or add ‘weight’ to certain users so they receive more Opportunities than others.
Workflows: Automation that can be triggered in various ways that will let you send a text/email to the seller, trigger a webhook, or send the opportunity details to someone via email.
