Campaign Autoresponders | Set up an automatic text or email that sends every time a new opportunity is created in the system. This is good for things like website integration so you can send a communication immediately after someone fills out your form. |
Resurfacing | Maximize your leads by having the ability to resurface your dead opportunities into your or someone else’s Actions at some point in the future. This helps you make sure that you are getting the most of the opportunities you are generating. |
Two Group Tabs | Segment your opportunities into different groups for better organization and set up functionalities like automatic releasing of opportunities to enforce accountability in your team members. |
Templates | Have the option to save canned responses or custom actions so you don’t have to type them every time. |
Workflows | Run automations like assigning a task to someone, sending an opportunity to a webhook, and/or triggering an email notification for someone whenever an opportunity goes to a certain status or if a certain label is added. |
Inbound Call Pop-ups | A pop-up notification will appear whenever you receive a phone call from your phone system integration like Callrail or smrtPhone. Click the pop-up to redirect you to the opportunity of the person calling to take notes. |
Mini Dashboard & My Scorecard | A personal dashboard to see your daily performance. If you have the smrtPhone integration, track your KPIs like the number of inbound/outbound calls, total talk time, etc. |
Transactions | Manage your B – C process inside of InvestorFuse after a deal goes under contract with flexible pipelines for each of your exit strategies. |
Advanced Lead Routing Options | More options to route your incoming Opportunties for efficient distribution that fits with your process. Round robin Opportunities in a group, or leave them unassigned for a first-come-first-serve basis, or assign them to a specific team member in a group. |
Saved Filters | Save your most important filters to look up specific Opportunities in a heartbeat. Do you want to easily see your PPC leads that have the new lead status so you can contact them ASAP? Save that filter! |
Premium Upgrade
The Premium plan is designed for a team of 5 or more people. You get everything on Pro plus:
Employee Scorecard | See a breakdown of your team members’ performance on a weekly basis. You can view KPIs like the number of Opportunities they touched, the number of outbound calls they did, etc. |
Conversion Data | Determine how well your team members are converting Leads to Opportunities, from there to how many contracts are signed, and then closed deals. |
Unlimited Groups | Create as many groups as you want which opens more flexibility to how you can organize your Opportunities. For instance, have a group for new leads so they are easy to spot, have another group for those that need follow-up, etc. |
Restricted Users | A security feature that lets you restrict a user’s access so they can only see the opportunities assigned to them and not anyone else’s. |
Push to Automation | Create shortcuts that will dramatically increase your team members’ ease of use. |
External Sending | Automatically or manually send an opportunity to a webhook and into a third-party system. This could be used if you want to send your under-contract opportunities to a spreadsheet, InvestorLift, etc. |
Weighted Round Robin | Change the number of Opportunities you can get in the round robin. You can make new acquisition team members get fewer Opportunities compared to the veterans to ease them in. This can also be used as a vacation mode so you do not get any Opportunities while you are away. |
Lead Scoring | Assign a score to your leads through different criteria like motivation, action assigned, campaign, groups, and labels. This gives your team a clear objective on which Opportunities to prioritize by looking at the score and making sure the ones with a high score do not fall through the cracks. |
