Reset Your Account Password

If you need to gain access to your account but do not have your login information, you’ll need to reset the password on your account. It’s a fast process that requires your username or the email on your profile.

Once you have on of those, please visit carrot.com/account and click the “Lost your password?” link

After you click the link, an email is sent to the one on file. You’ll find a link within that email that allows you to reset your password. Once it’s reset, you can then head over to carrot.com/account and login with the new password.
